Return Policy

At Rays Culture, we stand behind the quality of our products. All items are made-to-order specifically for you, ensuring you receive a fresh, custom-crafted product.

Defective or Misprinted Items:

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any misprints or defects
• We require photos of the defect or misprint to process your claim
• Once approved, we'll send you a free replacement at no cost to you
• You can keep the original item

How to Report an Issue: Contact us at admin@raysculture.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the misprint or defect
• Description of the issue

We'll review your claim and get your replacement shipped out as quickly as possible.

Please Note: Because all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects or misprints. All sales are final unless the item is defective. Claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
